As the content of "Prelude" demonstrates, the full story  - "Sojourn" - will undoubtedly appeal only to a specific, rather than general, audience. It will be a rather highly sexually charged tale, with ( Read more... )

So... HOW long are we going to have to wait for more of this intriguing and exceptionally well-written story?!? You know I'm hungry for more - I can't wait to see what Starsky and his pal have lined up for our Hutchie. Beautifully done, Angel. I'm loving it.

You...you are an insatiable and relentless driver, CP. I am glad the set up worked. It was more difficult than the actual story. I'm working on it...I write slowly, but I promise it will be in your hands before you know it. I love your icon, BTW!

Jazzy, thank you for reading and enjoying! :-)

You will get the rest, I promise. And I hope it doesn't disappoint.

Hope the springtime is coming to a neighborhood near yours (or yours) soon - we need a farewell to harsh winter!

Angel, I already told you on SH911 how much I love your plot!!! I love dark, dark, dark and I definitely want to read it all! Thanks for challenging me again, it was a pleasure to draw for you like always! And don´t hesitate to ask again, no matter what it is, I like to be challenged and have almost no limits. The artist in me is always hungry for new experiences and inspiration. :)
The prelude is very well done, my dear!

Moni - your artwork is a shining jewel, and I am so honored that you took the bait and created something out of a few sketchy phrases. I am headed to your email soon with yet another request. :-)

Thank you again!

Thank you for reading! Capturing their spirits and their motivations and their love is a joyful passtime for me. I agonized over this chapter for more than a month after I finished it, playing around with phrases - making sure it sounded the way I "saw" it. Seeing that you enjoyed it makes it so sweet, so very sweet. xxoo

Well, Nancy, you know what they say about playing with fire and getting burned. The story itself is well underway, at least the "easy" parts. I promise it will be to you soon...as soon as I can. I'm glad you liked it! Truly!

This weekend sounds like it will be a wild, scary ride! I'm very intrigued to read more. I love stuff about Starsky's past in Viet Nam. His old mentor is a dark guy.

I liked Hutch's "Do I get the part or do I have to sleep with the director?" funny.

There will be darkness for sure in this story, and more for Starsky than for Hutch. Thank you so much for reading. I thought the little piece about the "sleeping with the director" - as a small nod to the real life boys - was a bit of fun license! :-)

PS - watch your mail...there's something winging its way to you.

LOL! The US Postal Service, and it has a winged eagle on the packaging, so many not that far off! :-)

Re your comment about Starsky's old mentor being a dark guy in my story ... I was sort of trying to tap into a well that I see in Starsky - to find father or older brother figures to help fill the void left from the painful losses he experienced as such a young boy. Sometimes what worked in a relationship at one time doesn't work any longer - and that's a lesson many of us learn through life. Just babbling... :-)
