Much Art, and an Explanation Thereof

...has anyone noticed that I never have any idea how to capitalize these entry headings?  I'm only a few steps away from capitalizing at random, I kid thee not.  If you ever see anything like, "I had A greaT daY!" you have my permission to smack me.  Hard.

And aw. You with your unfailing niceness and sweetness, so love is just a mutual thing here. (And whee! Consider yourself signed up. Critiques in any form are going to be welcome, after all the time I'm going to spend doing this. *grins*)

My pictures are your pictures! I'd love to see an icon made out of that... I'm very fond of the sword myself. And those grounds are very convincing, also. *nods*

(Glad to be back, too! Any comments to that entry would probably have to be along the lines of 'hahahhaha', so commenting here is perfectly fine. <3!)

Also, any short scene you ever particularly wanted to see? I'm still looking for practice animations... so far I've got Sirius falling back through the Veil, and Harry and Draco swordfighting. Both good fun. :D

The icon is from a Superboy scan monkeycrackmary posted some time ago. It's a baby Lex Luthor speaking, and oh man is their love canon.

And I'd love to see an icon made out of it too, but my Photoshop keeps crapping out just as I hit the save button, which is less than conducive to icon-making (or icon-saving, anyway). But oh, it is such a lovely picture ... the swords! The blood! The reflection on his glasses which I would never in a million years think to do which is why you are the artist and I am not!

And I'd love to see Sirius falling through the Veil; that sounds lovely in a particularly heartbreaking sort of way. I'd have to think for a bit if I've got any requests.

I like that picture too... I had far too much fun adding the blood. My favorite is the blood on the hilt of Harry's sword, which in my warped little mind is what Harry used to hit Draco on the forehead there. (Also, hee. You like it! *pleased squirm*)

I get to use sadpuppy!Harry in it! (I enjoy traumatizing him far too much. *grins*)

(If we ever meet in person, I expect you will. Much like head patting, it is an inevitable fact of my life. ;)

Well, I kind of know you, as I've spotted you via that icon (which I love) all over the place, so... yeah, I think we're on making out terms. *is tackled* *does not resist* *in fact, does not resist to a degree that's illegal in prudish countries*

No, no. Loving swordfights is perfectly natural. I mean, I like it. And you like it. And many other people like it. Twisted people, but the point is valid. Well, except that it's not. :D

I'm so excited about your music video endeavour I'm about to pee myself. I'm sure I'm not alone in the fact that I chanted "Snog him, you want to snog him" as Draco pushes Harry against the wall. Little Harry just folds and lets it happen. What a woobie.

Is it wrong that I'm completely turned on by Draco's fingers in Harry's hair in the sword pic? *shifty* I must now go off contentedly sighing to find the fic that spawned it. Great work!

Everything I touch is, I think, a mess. But eventually, after hitting my head against a wall many many times, these messes can be transformed into... things that I still don't feel entirely happy with but post anyway. Heh. (Yes, I think I like your version better.)

You get extra things over here, since I always feel guilty about making long posts over at HPArt. Besides, it's like a bonus for being nice enough to make the trip. ;)

Yes! Draco should look evil. His role in this video is, I think, ambiguous. (Well, except for all the unhealthy making out. That's pretty clear, eh?) I promise, despite the basically plot-driven idea behind the video, I shall not skimp on the snogging. Also, yes. Harry is *such* a woobie. *ruffles Harry's hair*

Heck, I'm still far too pleased with myself for matching the blood on the hilt of Harry's sword to the blood on Draco's forehead. Compared to that, I think you're firmly on the side of normal. *grins*

Aw, and now I want to cry. Because that movement is exactly what I was tryin to create, and exactly what was so freaking impossible. *clings* (Although I've seen that kind of tension done well with comics and flash... check out Platinum Grit, eh? I was thinking that we could do ours in this format, maybe? I like the control. *grins*)

And yes, I can't seem to make Draco too much of a sub. Or Harry either, for that matter. Ideally, I'm all about the matching of powers. Rowr. :D

These kinks are like a club tie, really, but bloodier. And with more nudity. *grins*

I like both formats, but I thought the shockwave thing might add more of a sense of... action. Which, as you might or might not have noticed, is a bit of an obsession of mine. Heh. But it's not something that needs to be decided now. We'll try it both ways, eh?

That's surprising, actually... it's a beautiful picture. But you know, it being the 4th of July never even occurred to me? *shakes head and laughs* Good time to come back, I guess. (You Americans.) And also, the title of one of my posts was, I believe, "So Much Art That You'd Think I Was An Artist or Something". So, hee! (And post it somewhere, silly girl!)

I love the animation. There is a frame where Draco smiles I particularly like. When it got to the end I just wanted to know what happened next.

All of the art is great - especially the sword artwork - I will now have to go and read Quicksilver.

I do have a favour to ask. I wonder if you would let me link the character design art into the chapter of Resolution I will be posting tomorrow. The first two would work so well at one point. I would comment in my art link that they weren't actually drawn for the story. I understand if you would rather I didn't.

I know, it really does cut off at an inopportune moment, doesn't it? I mourn for the larger copy that was lost. (And ah yes, the smirk. It's a good thing you like that, because I do it a lot. It's a weakness. ;)

I'm glad you like the sword artwork too - hopefully it'll lead to a good animation as well, although I'm dreading animating the hilt of Draco's sword. Maybe I'll remove a few of the swirly bits, eh? (And yes, read it. Although if blood interferes with your idea of romance... well, yes. That's in there.)

It's going to be fun to test the limits of this thing, actually. I mean, everything above was made during about a week. So I fully anticipate that one day soon you'll be begging me to make a filter. *grins*
