I had a dream last night that I thought of a comedy group to make small videos or stage shows with myself, Mike, Greg and Jordan. I made a theme song as well, and sang it on the spot in my dream. you have that gym thing RIGHT at yer complex, use that missy!OR (because im not a runner either) just going for walks with yer boo could be nice...or WITH ME AT THE BEACH!! I know one day a week isn't great, but i think one afternoon/eveningish a week...me and you should meet up and go walking somewhere at the beach, and then just enjoy the outsideness. Because sometimes i miss outside. plan?? Oh and you looked really cute in your sundress the other day.

Sometimes i reward myself to like...encourage myself to do shit. like ...ok you cant eat this amazing bowl of ice cream until you finish your paper. so you could be like...ok ashley....no reading harry potter until you go jogging/to the gym. motivation!

Walking is REALLY good for you. I also recommend the bikes at the gym. Those are easy and they get your heart rate up. That's the key too... to get your hear rate up. Cardio work burns calories. Thirty minutes a day (that's it!) for a while could change a lot of things, especially give you energy.

YAY HARRY POTTER! I'm so glad you're into it now so we can talk about it all the time.

Stop eating cheese! That's probably a good reason why you lost all that weight when you were vegan.

I really need to lose weight too, ugh. I've gained like 10 pounds this year, because I've been walking places less often and watching too much of the Food Network which makes me hungry. Plus I went through a phase of eating too many peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. I need to try to squeeze into a wedding dress within the next couple years, too.
