I love that you don't explain anything, I love the way you've captured Keats and all the double-crossing. And of course the Sam/Gene at the end is absolutely perfect.

Thank you for a lovely comment. I know this fic is a bit odd but I wanted to get it out before 3.07. The first half wrote itself for me on Wednesday evening, but the kids came back before I got the ending. Then I woke up on Friday with an ending, but there was a gap in the middle, which I just didn't have time to fill, so I went with leaving it mysterious.
