I chose Les' Miserables mainly because of the new movie coming out. It looks so good! But when given the theme of 'Nostalgia' i was totally surprised at how well it would work.

Oh thank you! I had alot of fun with these, trying to keep the colouring pretty simple, or with red enhancements. :) I really like using the frame or mirror in icons actually, it's a fun way to do something different

Oh, these are beautiful! I especially love the fourth and the seventh- the coloring and cropping are gorgeous! :D

Thanks! I love the atmosphere on 7. Was also trying to show a bit of variety and scene, not just characters. :) 4, I think I just love that texture. :)

I really dig the mirror/framed ones too, especially 8 and 9. My favorite here however is definitely 16, really amazing and creative coloring and composition! Love the creativity of 14 too and the simpler icons with wider crops, such as 7 and 15, look really beautiful too. Extra 3 has a wonderful coloring. Great job!

Number 16 was a complete fluke I will admit. Was playing around with textures and gradients and came up with it.

14 I wanted something that showed the style of the Les' Miserables logo.

And thank you for the compliments on the frames as well :)

The film looks so good! I am a huge fan of Hugh Jackman and Anne Hathaway so really looking forward to them in this. It will also be the first time I've seen the whole thing, haven't seen the play ( it hasn't come here) and only seen bits and pieces of some songs on you tube.

Oh thanks! I really liked 10 as well, but felt 4 might have been to overpowering with the wall. Makes him fade into the background a bit.

Sometimes I hate only being allowed 20 LOL.
