Speaking of doing things half-cocked... I should warn you that if you succeed in entangling yourself into some kind of trouble with the project you are currently engaged in, I am going to get involved. Experience has taught me that facing the Avatars alone is rather... unproductive.

Like hell you are. If something happens, you're going to sit back and keep your nose clean. You've been on their bad side already, and I'm sure neither of us wants a repeat of what's happened before. Sir Hellsing will need someone to support her in her efforts to exose this regime and you're one of the very few I can trust to do so and know what you're doing.

There is precious little else that can be taken from me. The remainder of my sight, perhaps. At the very most, my life, and I daresay that I will be unable to complain should that come to pass.

For too long I have sat idly by and done nothing while the world around me fell. It is a mistake that I shall not repeat.
