While I do know right from the very beginning that it was Hiroko Kasahara who sung the song when I heard it from Seisohen, it was not until yesterday that I discovered she was also the actress for Retsu Unohana in the Bleach musical! :pI knew the song fit KenUno right from the very beginning, but this connection also amused me to some extent.
And yeah yeah, we all know it's Yachiru Unohana, not Retsu. I'm really trying not to be as spoiler-y as possible before the cut)
