This is really cool! I really like this AU. I loved the style of the first section, with the fight and the blood and the melting... very evocative and beautifully written.

...and now I have a kink for priest!Sylar :P

How thoroughly different and interesting! The descriptions you put forth, and all of Luke's thought processes were very evocative, and in Luke's case, moving. Luke's breaking point with his power was delightfully bloody and out of control, exactly the kind of thing that would draw both Sylar's attention and interest.

Sylar as the priest was very choice. His philosophy of how special people can break the pattern (the "watchmaker's fingerprints," which, BTW, I lurved) is very him. How he draws Luke to him, by implied violence and promised power, hints of affection and belonging, is quite devious.
