I wanted to give Tony more of a support system that was completely removed from Gibbs without throwing in a bunch of OCs to clutter up the angst in coming chapters. You'll get to see Gibbs kissing ass promise, but first Tony needed to have a complete third party to go to about this. I share your pet peeve, Palmer stopped talking to Ducky after finding out was for that reason. I think of him as a good, steady, loyal (if slightly random) friend for Tony; and Tony really needs that at the moment.

I love Tony/Jimmy friendship stuff. It's almost as good as Tony/Abby friendship stuff. Loved this chapter. Gibbs needs to grovel big time. What he did (repeatedly) was stupid.

I adore Abby, but I used Jimmy because I can't see Tony going to her with this you know? She's such a Gibbs fangirl. And Gibbs will grovel, and yes it was completely and utterly retarded. =3 Thanks for the comment and I'm happy you've enjoyed it.

Way to go Palmer. *cheeeer* He really is a good friend to Tony. And standing up to Gibbs...wow he was brave. I definitely like the new and improved Autopsy gremlin ^^

And my poor Tony. I want to hug him all the time.

I hope they can work it out eventually.

I loved writing Jimmy in this, it was so much fun. He's so quirky and strange. And I think we all want to give Tony hugs at this point. =[ But it'll work out. maybe.
