You know...

It's occured to me that I almost never update this thing. Maybe it's simply because I have no desire to share my personal life with the rest of the world. IMAGINE THAT. Why do I have an LJ again?

*drools over her blinking Pride!Ed icon*

Oh yeah! For the icons and communities! ^.^

That's what personal journals are for. You know, the old fashioned kind that you actually write in with a pen. ^.~

And Eddy would make a really cute girl. ^.^

Constipated face! Mehehehehe! ^.^

What in Yazwa Vepemque is this "PWN" business? One of the guys I hang out with wrote in my yearbook that he could totally "PWN" me at Super Smash Bros, and I was about to retort very wittily - "NUH-UH!" - when I realized that I have no idea what that means. -.- And he called me a n00bzorz too! 0.0 I smacked him for that, because I DO know what that means (thanks to you and Sam ^.^).

*Pins a pink bow in Edmonculus's hair and sprints away, giggling*

"Pwn" and "n00b" and "omg" and "ffs" and "wtf" are all wonderful Internet sayings said by people who are, in fact, "n00bs" themselves. Most of that jargon comes from the hopeless idiot/geeks who whittle away thier lives playing Counterstrike. If you don't know what that game is...well, it's nothing special. Just a first-person shooter where you're either a terrorist or counter-terrorist. But people play it online...and OBSESS over it. It gets old for me. Fast. But yeah, that whole jargon comes from morons who have no life.

Often the same sort can be seen on forums. The messageboardius newbius, or commonly referred to as the "forum n00b," can be easily identified by thier utter disregard for the rules of the English language, such as spelling, capitalization, punctuation, and grammar. Thier trademarks are thier words such as "Pwn," which is, ultimately, a misspelling of the word "own" due to the close proximity of the "p" key to the "o" key on the standard keyboard ( ... )
