I have been loving my Kitchen Aid Mixer that I got for Christmas.  I have been making awesome mixed berry Muffins and Chocolate cupcakes.  I also have used it for boxed cookie mixes and it makes things so much easier

Years ago, I actually started making bread because I love to bake and wanted to play with my Kitchenaid, but lived alone and REALLY didn't want all those calories! If you have a dough hook, bread is pretty easy in a stand mixer. I recommend it (if you like bread, that is!)

It came with a dough hook - I have made pizza dough so far with is. I should look up some bread recipies, I love bread!

I love my KitchenAid mixer! I only use it for bread, though... I don't think I've made anything else in it. For cookies and cake mix, I'd rather just clean the two spinner things from my mixer than the entire bowl and mixing attachment from the KitchenAid. Of course, I don't keep it on the counter, so that reduces the chance that I'll use it.

Still love it, though!

I have made 2 cakes in your Kitchen Aid. Maybe I'll come down this next month when Justin is on his Medicine Rotation hmm..

We're busy the weekend of March 7th.

There is a race on March 15th if you've been working out enough to want to do it with me! I don't need to do it, though, and if you're here I won't do it. I'm planning on one in April.

Did you get bj's facebook message about the tiles? Will you decorate them? I have two of them that I can get to you quickly. Do you have access to a ceramics place nearby?
