Oooh, I had the pleasure of using a Global knife one evening (borrowed it from someone else). Nice knife. I use a Goldhamster knife (small German company), but I might buy a Global someday.
haha my boyfriend has the 7 inch veg knife and i'm in love with it. i have a henckels santoku knife, also. i love it's feel but i don't care for that hard german steel. it's so hard to maintain. i <3 globals. :)
