A song as relevant today as it was in the 70's when it was penned. Boones Farm are a largely unknown and highly under-rated California-based quartet playing a mix of country-rock, blues-rock and acoustic ballads. Band members: Kent Sprague (vocals, percussion), Gary Stovall (vocals, electric guitar, acoustic guitar), Brad Palmer (vocals, bass, acoustic guitar) and Fred Darling (drums). Their one and only album in 1972 was produced by Jim Messina of Loggins and Messina fame.
After their demise in 1973, Gary Stovall, Kent Sprague went on to form Dalton & Dubarri duo.
