[ Minato is definitely coming. Knowing what he did about Nakama (little as it actually was), he felt obligated to help. She's not the only one angry and hurt, either. He harbors a lot of resentment toward Vriska, too - how could anyone be so deliberately insensitive? It's not as if he doesn't realize that there are bad people in the world, too, but to go out of your way to be horrible to someone who's been through a lot just to prove a point? He has a hard time accepting that that is anything but horrible behavior.

There's a knock at Nakama's door. And then a second one. And then he tries to door only to find it unlocked. Minato opens it a few inches, just in case she decides she definitely doesn't want him here, or more likely decides that she'd like to at least appear a little more put together - not that he'd mind if she wasn't. ]

Nakama-chan? It's me.

[She clears her throat and tries again.]

[Her face is puffy and red, but she does appear to be done crying for now. She's still huddled against her headboard, though, her oversized grey sweater pulled over her knees and arms wrapped around them.]

[ He enters the room wordlessly, frowning when he sees her huddled up like that. Minato walks over slowly, sitting on the bed nearby.

He's silent for a few long moments. ] I'm sorry she upset you. That wasn't right.

I'm used to people like that. [Hollowly.] I know how they work. I thought I could change her, but...

[A dark laugh.] I just played right into it. Didn't I?
