They appear to be rather fitting for those in each district, though none so far have sounded difficult. Maybe, I always thought of snowmen as being really cheerful if they came to life. Kind of like in the tales you hear growing up.

Many of the other snowmen seem to fit that description, at least in part. It appears Thor's may have been rather unique with his attitude.
