I got the new Suzanne Vega album on Monday.
This is cool (among other reasons) because it supposedly doesn't come out 'til next Tuesday (07/17/07), or so Amazon and the label's site says. What makes it even sweeter, I got it for $6 at the used CD store

i used to get promo copies of cd's when i worked at Borders, I loved it, I would take all of the ones no one wanted and end up (Sometimes) loving people I never would have heard of otherwise, such as Sarah Harmer. Never thought to sell them to a used cd place though...guess I"m just not that industrious!

i keep listening to my muse album. placebo's newest one, too. i've decided that i have a soft spot for really over produced music.

i went to a used book store yestrerday and got peter pan in scarlet for a doller. there was a collection of first edition virginia woolfe, but its like 200 dollars (i checked them out. worth so much more. awesome condition). i got comic books, too, for like a dollar. death of the blue beetle. they didn't have any sandman, i was disappointed, but they did have a few marvel/dc cross overs.
