About Tumblr, Russian bots, and obviously some more TV talk
Recently I received an email from Tumblr about them having suspended/deleted lots of account by Russian bots and about the fact that apparently I'd either liked or reblogged a post from at least one of those accounts. They gave me a list of names and I didn't recognize even one of them so it's apparent I wasn't following them. Tumblr told me they

But I just watched The Alienist and even if the show is not perfect, I really liked it. More : I love Luke Evan's character and the way he played it. A complicated man !

I guess my enjoyment of the show took a pretty big hit when they killed off Mary since I was not expecting it for one, and for another it seemed just a pointless death only there to serve the manpain. I'm so over this kind of plot, like you wouldn't believe it. After that I just couldn't get my enthusiasm back and every little thing that I may have overlooked before, became some eye-rolling, disappointing moment.
That said, the acting was indeed stellar. Every single one of them did a wonderful job, Luke and Dakota most of all!
