So guys correct me if I'm wrong but doesn't a nomination for the Screen Actors Guild Award, or SAG, mean that one will definitely get a nomination for an Oscar, too? If I'm right, YAY! If I'm wrong, do not correct me and keep it to yourself... LMAO

I am very happy for him as well. SAG noms also show that he is respected in the acting community, and taking his recent acceptance speech he truly means it when he talks about his love for the acting profession, the camaraderie, and being part of that community. That, and with his undoubtedly good acting it was gladly just a matter of time for him to get recognised. Aw, bless him.
P.S.: So sorry for not getting back to your e-mail or with tales of the London adventure. As usual, December does have too few hours in the day for the amount that should be done. Will try and remedy that tonight. Let me just say that Benedict is so good in TIG that I have no words, only tears every time I think of it.
*hugs*

I'm so happy and proud of every single recognition Benedict is finally getting! And that speech for the BIFA was amazing and moving. I think I've watched the video hundreds of times... soooo proud!!
Aww don't worry about the email, hon. December is a frantic month *nods*

Not that I had any doubt about this being the case but I loved reading that from you! It also made me want to watch the movie even more but then everything does ;)

Fun fact: I think I should feel bad for Channing Tatum since the movie he's lead actor in was nominated as was Mark Ruffalo in the Supporting category... and he wasn't. I would feel bad but I actually don't think Channing's that good an actor so... *shrugs* Still, it must be awkward for him.
Some of the other TV nominations made me so happy too! Like James Spader for The Blacklist that I adore, or Viola Davis for HTGAWM that's so well deserved :)
