A small bunch of challenge icons

I think I'd like to make daily posts this December, but I'd be surprised if I make it to the 2nd! I'm just not good at making time, even though I'm only working part time. Anyway I'll give it a go. For my first post here are some icons mostly made for benedict_stills. I got first place last round! There are also a few sherstrade icons too made for a request
