I've given up on relying on polls. It seems that every other day, a new poll is coming out saying that opinions swayed five points. I find it all rather hard to believe and have just stopped listening. I don't care if it says Obama is up ten points, I still wouldn't believe it.

it's the rather disgraced Zogby, but still shows the effect of a week off (necessary) and McCain going negative. State-by-State still looks ok. They need to come burning with the convention and the next 60 days, but i'm not panicking yet.
