In short: I liked it. It was fun and entertaining. I like the new outfit, I like Clara and I like the new TARDIS interior.

The preview for next week wasn't that trilling though, we'll see.

I hope it's Rose, because Ten gave up so much - he doesn't deserve to be on his own.

I think if it's Rose, then she's bound to be with Ten2.

Well, Moffat likes to have hints throughout a season and commulate all those "hints" in the finale, so it would be in character for him. That doesn't mean that we'd get to see Rose or Ten before the Anniversary, just that there'd be hints of them through-out the second part of series 7 (the first half was aired at the end of last year).

Concerning your last question, I think the chances of people catching such hints without an announcement is pretty slim. It would fall in the "impossible" category without it. At least it would for me. Also Doctor Who isn't really made for the fan fans, more for the casual fan and those would be more likely to connect the threads if the announcement is made right before the first hint airs. Just my thoughts of course, could be something completely different. My boyfriend said it could be Amy or River Song as well. River Song would make sense to me as well, we'll see. I don't think we'll get any answers before the series finale or the anniversary special.

I haven't seen any ClassicWho (yet), but currently it seems there will only be two Doctors, Ten and Eleven. If it's Ten2 then there won't really be any need of that no effect on the storyline stuff, but we'll see. I think if I see Tennant in his suit in one of the set pics I might be able to walk on clouds :) If it's Ten2, he might not wear his suit anymore though... hmm...
