I feel so silly, but I need help if youi'll give it. I can't even make the program run or install. " An installable virtual device driver failed DLL installation. The program did not already exist in this computer so that's not the prob. I hate not being to figure out easy stuff like this.

You may need to unzip all of the files into a folder before running setup.exe (what version of Windows is this?) If you can't get this installer to run, you can always use the other option of downloading the entire archive of individual files...
