I darkened my family church's door for the first time in years yesterday, for my youngest cousin's christening. Miraculously, I did not, in fact, burst into flames crossing the threshold.
Despite leaving home two hours early, I managed to get distracted at a friend's house by a dusty pile of old Blake's 7 zines she'd unearthed while shifting.

Hee! Breaker of men, sacker of cities...if you name these children after certain individuals, you have to expect them to live up to their names!
My nephew, of course, being an Alexander, *brags*, is clearly the best and smartest almost-two-year-old alive. Not that he's named after anyone, because I would be shocked if his mother has more than the vaguest idea of who Alexander was, but I call him Alexander Magnus anyway.
