Stupid allergens

God, I hate ragweed.

And somehow I must have missed when LJ started becoming so ad-heavy and obnoxious.  This is irksome and I don't blame people for leaving to use other services. Though you still can't really post things of quantity (or arguably quality) on Facebook.

That's why I bought a permanent account a few years back. But really, you simply can't put some of this stuff on FB at all.

Yeah FB just doesn't even come close as a substitute. For less than $2 a month, I don't mind paying for the ad-free service.

You only see the ads if you have a non paid account so I was unaware of how bad they were until I went to someones LJ without logging in first. Still you just can't post poetry or long thoughts on FB.
