N's a toughie. Resisting the temptation it invites to fill the list with "Nothing", "no one", "nihilism", etc., here's an earnest attempt:

Noodles
...um, Naan
North, The
Negativland
Necromancers in Diablo II
New Glarus Brewing Co. and most everything they produce
Noodles, Noodles, Noodles
Night

Missing the cut: Nilla wafers (they're OK; I just don't "love" them necessarily); Norway (for obvious reasons); most of the dirty things you can think of.

This list is subject to revision pending my ability actually to think of ten things starting with N that I "love" love. For the interim, noodles will have to count four times, because noodles are JUST THAT AWESOME.

Hey, no one ever said the letter assignments had to be random :) Besides, it's good to hear you say it. Poor sap had been needing a good woman for quite a while by the time you came along, and it's good to see him happy :)

Also, Danish as in the language, or the people, or as in the pastry?

He'll be hearing it for the rest of his life, so he'd better get used to it.

And, Danish as in the people, the pastry, and possibly the language. Also the disposition (taciturn and weird... at least, from observations of my family)
