Oh, cool! Kinda reminds me of the robot wars thing they showed on PBS years ago.

Exactly! (And Robot Wars is still going on, FYI.) It was highly amusing watching these guys duking it out and smashing each other to, at times, smoking pieces. XD

Oh! Is it the one in the US, or the one based in Britain? Because the one based in GB is way cooler than the US one. It was hosted by the guy that played Lister on Red Dwarf, and they had the robots go through obsticle courses as well as battle each other. Fun!

Aw man, that sounds awesome. But I'm pretty sure the announcer was referring to the American Robot Wars. Not positive that the current incarnation is officially "Robot Wars(TM)" now, but the same people responsible for that are definitely still doing competitions.

Awesome shots! I've never seen any of the robot battles, but they look like fun. :D

If you go again, definitely make an effort to see them! The announcer is hilarious and the bots are simply fantastic. A for-sure must-see!
