I visited Dad in hospital today. I hate hospitals in general, but I had to see for myself that he's okay. They are probably going to keep him for the following week as well, the results of his blood test aren't perfect and he's feeling weak. Panic is my middle name, so I've been panicking since I was told that they are going to test his bone marrow

and is your dad okay? I've not been on LJ lately. I hope he's okay. My dad had a problem too well...it's still there, but he's doing much better now. I wish you luck and will. And apparently, my dad has a low platelet count as well, from doing work in labs. D:

He hasn't been feeling well lately, so he had a blood test done and it turned out that he had a low number of pretty much everything, but especially platelets, so he went to the hospital for more complicated tests... Around Monday or Tuesday they should know what's wrong with him. The platelet count is below the normal number, but not low enough to be dangerous.

Ohh, I hope you're father's going to better soon and that it's nothing too serious.

While I like KyoAni, I totally prefer the movie version of Air by Toei, it's more rounded and the story makes more sense (also, more focus on Misuzu and doesn't waste time on going into the other girls' stories). If like those kind of stories lol harem anime by KyoAni, Kanon (2006)'s lovely and I definitely liked it more than Air and Clannad.

The movie is also on my 'to watch' list, when I'm done with the TV series... As for Kanon, I don't know if I'll watch it, I thought about it, but I my 'to watch' list is so freaking long... There's stuff that I've already DLed, waiting for me on DVDs to watch. And since when I'm watching bishoujo, I don't know, wtf XD;

You must be really worried, but that's totally understandable - if something like that happened, I'd react the same way.
Bio|Chem profile is kind of impressive, I used to be ace in natural sciences but I'm totally a loser in Biology now :/

Bishoujo is -if done right- pretty awesome, but the majority is pretty low-budget/value. As for Kanon, I loved the characters, especially some minor characters. I totally rooted for them to end up with Yuuichi, unfortunately, he it's kind of obvious from the beginning who's the main girl... The fact that Yuuichi totally looked like Kyon (heck, they even had the same seiyuu) was kinda disturbing though XD
