Good News: I've lost 15 pounds since we got bicycles and I've started being better about what I eat.

Bad News: Losing 15 pounds means I ONLY weigh 264

Cool News: I'm enjoying watching Defying Gravity and re-watching Kingdom

Crappy News: Sometimes friends are too broken to be friends, and that makes me sad.

School News: Tuesday the kids go back.

I think the fact that you can lose any weight at all around those Death Cinnamon Buns and the like is a damn miracle. =)

Despite (or perhaps because of) the fact that the show was accurately described as Grey's Anatomy in Space, I am loving Defying Gravity.

I like broken friends, they're like legos, you can make anything you want out of them. Unless I'm the broken friend?!?

Nahhh. An old high school friend that doesn't understand things like 'boundaries' and 'sobriety' and 'civility'. Very sad.

Sad, yes. But I can't help picturing Chris Farley doing the aggressive air quotes around "boundaries" and "Sobriety" and "civility". Thought it might generate a smile :)
