Funny isn't it how real life never quite measures up to what you had expected from it. The first time I travelled outside of the country I had expected it (western europe to be precise) to be a different world. Well that didn't quite pan out. I know that wedding and it was very nice indeed.:) Sorry didn't get round to doing the nice thing and introducing myself even though I spotted you at the place on Friday, but things were sort of happening all over the place and well...:o

Your tribute is very nicely put and I hope they get to read it in between all the ceremonies travels, and that the Sunday lunches do happen!.

Why thank you madam! You should have just come over and introduced yourself. Always great to meet peeps from le El Jay :) I did manage to talk to Sushmita though (for precisely 6 seconds I think). You're right, the whole thing was a bit frantic. But such is what happens when us punjus get hitched :D

Well, between having had a spillage disaster on new silk saree and watching the second of two really old and close friends getting hitched in the space of four months ... things were v. v. frantic:) but it was fun frantic so yay:)
