The job market really does suck. Everyone who isn't securely employed is feeling it. My brother is constantly frustrated because he wants to get out on his own, but he can't because nothing will take him (well, I guess it doesn't help that he wants to live in Lincoln still...limiting your location really hurts you). Tim's the same. I /was/ the same until I got back into school...the funny thing is that everyone thinks I went back to school because of the lousy market when I really did plan to do this the whole time. -_- Not that there's anything wrong with it, it just annoys me when my uncle says, "Couldn't handle the real world, could you?"

It's weird...I just talked to someone today who said the reason he came to Iowa State was because it let you start in the spring. Coincidence? ^_^ But then I had to punch him for you because he said it was so boring in town. In all fairness, he was a foreign exchange student from Istanbul (and lived in Atlanta, GA for a year), so it's rather small compared to his old hide outs.
