Just as I was ready to send a draft file to my client, I notice an e-mail from them that arrived just 2 hours earlier. I took a look and it's basically a "Where's our stuff?" note. They told me they needed this by the 15th. Today is what? The 4th? I don't know what they're thinking, but according to my math, I have 11 more days. *dumbstruck

Personally, if I was a client I would probably be the type that would be too timid to actually push for anything even if I was concerned about the progress... gosh.. I've become a useless pushover... :)
What about you? Would you tend to be the assertive type or passive?

These clients of mine have confidence issues, so they tend to second-guess and change their minds every time they receive a new feedback from any source... So, my guess was that something changed between when we had a meeting and that time when the e-mail arrived... and they failed to update me on it. XD
They loved my first draft and it went straight to the printer without any corrections and changes. And they asked me to design a flyer version of it, after initially saying "no" to flyers. LOL
