Haha ... well I am certainly not about to RUN there ; )

I overslept and missed it this morning (see: cats evil plan).
I promised my trainer I would do an unsupervised workout this evening : D

It's mostly the humiliation factor of being taunted by my trainer and the other crazy runners if I bail.
