Oh, my gosh-ever since betaing aesc's story, I've been holding my breath to see what the art looked like, and what an utterly amazing symbiotic pair they make! Aasd;flaksdjf oh John-the bombardment of images and memories all connecting to John in the chair is just gorgeous-I've never seen anything like it. And that feeling is carried over so well in the story, with the perfectly-executed confusion and urgency of John and the city, then and now, and Rodney at the center of everything, consequences be damned. WOW. I'm blown away. ♥
