Maybe by your standards, but it's with three, four, five, or six arms that I'm able to perform surgery X number of times faster- and speed is the difference between life and death in many cases.

I would never force surgery upon a person. I have strict conditions. It has to be what the patient wants. If they want it, who am I to deny what will make them happy? On the other hand, if somebody wants to throw their life away, then I'll do what I want with them.

I only seek to enhance the lives of others! But not everyone stops long enough to listen to my reasons.

I get it now! I'll have to disagree with some of that but if it's what a person wants, I can't exactly judge.
