good job. I need to drop a few pounds myself. I am back to 220, I had dropped down to 190 but put it all back on. So I've been on a low carb diet aside from the booze.

Haha, the booze will get you man.

My fav. bartender made me a "skinny drink" which is basically just vodka tonic. XD with lemon.
