I already gushed on tumblr but I'll gush here too: THER FACES AND HANDS. I also adore how you've used texture, and sneaky shadows of red in unexpected places. Gorgeous and heartbreaking.

Oh! BTW...were we talking about tablets the other day? I broke down and bought a Bamboo (to replace my dead Graphire4) and I LOVE IT. The biggest difference is that the surface is slightly matte, so it feels more like drawing on paper. I bought a med. sized one, too. Most pleased with it!)

Med size is about A5, is it? My Graphire4 was A5 too. Was your Graphire larger?

I think it's pretty comparable to my old Graphire, but I like the surface better. (Being a creature of habit, I don't like big changes.) I think this is the version I bought: http://www.wacom.com/en/Products/Bamboo/BambooTablets/BambooCreate.aspx I haven't figured out any of the buttons yet because I don't really use them. But I suppose I'd use them if I figured them out! It was a really seamless transition, though, and that's what I was looking for. If I'm gonna go BIG change, I'll go Cintiq! ;)
