From what I know I have not seen them sell chibi commissions only give chibis as gifts. Their prices vary as their main sell point is YCHs which range anywhere from $15 to $25 USD for full body non-chibi (shaded with minor background).

well the chibi is just a free add on, that's probably why it was drawn with lower effort? i don't find that very concerning personally and doubt they'd have the same attitude when it comes to the pin-up (though it's a warranted concern). but i agree with mortymaxwell, if you'd like to cancel your commission, it think the artist deserves some compensation for the chibi artwork.

I agree that the chibi was free, which is probably why its rushed. But the artist absolutely deserves payment for it if you cancel the commission.
