This is Myuu 'Mew' Azama; the actress who plays Makoto/Sailor Jupiter in the live action version of Sailor Moon. She was my favourite, but I was disturbed to find that there are (apparently) hardly any icons of her ;_; So here I am spreading the Myuu love.
