The first two are from the ToH manga and I thought I gave you the gag comics with the others?
(Yup! She's extremely fun to icon and I like her too~ I even rp her at one place. ^^)

Yup, there is! I only have three chapters of it since they don't publish it every single month in the Tales of Magazine for some reason. ><;

xD Nope, you're not alone. I like Rutee a lot too. She's one of my favorite female Tales of characters.

Yeah, there's a Japanese store near my house that sells it. There are websites that you can buy the magazine from, too.
