Day number 2 of my meme. There's a little bit of everything in this. Classics, underrated and not so successful movies. But regardless of popularity (or not), I just love these scenes.
You should the Dream Wife ASAP. Damn awesome Cary/Deb chemistry and they are so good in comedy. Some of their lines, the way they delivered them as well as their faces made me laugh so hard.
And I agree with you about TAOE. I've been thinking about reading the book though, apparently it focuses more on Charlie and Emily.
Katharine Hepburn ftw!!!!!! I love her so much it hurts.
TAOE, is fabulous. Emily is a wonderful contradictory character. She interrupted every romantic moment by talking it to death though, lol. If I were Charlie I would have been doing more kissing and less talking ;-)
I haven't watched GWTW for years but it's my Mum's favourite film ever. I might dig it out next weekend.
lmao you got such a point there about Emily. But I think that's precisely what I like. I find their make out sessions damn hot, but the things they say are so not your average movie lines. Even if they over analyze everything. :D
And Kate FTW indeed. Terrific actress. That's also how I watched GWTW, btw. I liked it when I saw it but its been very long years since I saw it. So it was a great re-discovery recently.

But the break up in Hello, Dolly! isn´t too bad either. ( The movie itself is awesome ).

The Americanization of Emily seriously has one of the best original scripts I have ever seen. I LOVE IT!
