I did a friends cut. I have no hard feelings for anyone, so that wasn't the reason. I hope it remains mutual. Cut were those who:

-have been inactive
-we stopped communicating altogether (our interests and lives simply strayed)
-we just never really got to know each other for some reason

Yeah, I used to not do any for years... now I feel it's better. But there are some people on my flist I would never cut. Like you. :D

As an aside, I was on holidays last week and thought of you - was taking really poor photos of incredibly stunning scenery and wished that I had just a smidgen of your talent…so that the images would do justice to the view. They don’t. *sigh*

LOL. You did? Thanks a lot. I had someone telling me something similar a few days ago. I'm veeery glad to hear I inspire people! And hey, we all need to start somewhere, right?

Hey you. :) I actually haven't added you back so no I did not cut you lol. Some of my entries are public so anybody's welcome to friend my journal, but I add back only those people who drop me a comment about wanting to be friends and why. I don't remember such comment from you (if I missed it or I'm just blanking on it, I'm sorry!) so I assumed you were just friending me for my public entries. :) If you want to be mutual friends, let me know and we can see where it takes us. I usually give people and myself some time to get to know each other, if it doesn't work out, we part ways. :)

LOL. Yep, I kept you. It's because even though there are people who half abandoned LJ, they do actually check in occasionally and even comment to me when they actually log on. So I kept those people, including you. :) Plus, I have no Facebook, so this is practically the only means for us to keep in touch.

When I read something like this, it always makes me wonder if I have been cut.... then I figure that if I'm still able to read it, I must still be a friend! *grin*

LOL well not to worry you but people usually make friends cut entries public. If you can't see their entries after that friends-cut post, then it means you were cut. But LJ also sends notifications of people who removed you from their lists as far as I know. At least I know I have set mine like that. lol
