This weekend was quite productive. We went to the AMA and got our travel medical insurance, and our three-day passes for Disney World. Then, yesterday, we went to the Mall and got ourselves a waterproof camera. I have the kids next weekend, but I refuse to miss the concert... so I am bringing them along. :)

Have you done any publicity for the event? Even a couple posters in the library, perhaps?

I'm so glad you're coming! I think the kids will be fine. Our music is more on the "long-haired" side of things, but I like to think it's still pretty accessible, and Jaci's stuff as more in the "popular" vein. You can find her page at http://www.myspace.com/wrockmissparkinson if you'd like to take a listen. Also, it's going to be a fairly short show. Less than two hours total.

I hadn't really thought of publicity, beyond meetup, facebook, and twitter. As it stands, between the meetup event and the facebook event, we've got about 18 yeses, and 15 maybes, which is actually pretty damn good for numbers. The room will only be set up to accommodate about 40 anyway.
