I didn't sleep all that much after all... Luckily I don't have to camp outside anymore. The allowance to just take an apartment if it's empty is convenient, if not morally correct. I reckon most of City's inhabitants have lost faith in morals anyway.

You're probably right about the first part.

That's because time reacts differently here, also. One can be trapped in here for years and on the outside world, only a minute or an hour may pass. At least from what I gathered up so far.

If you need help We worked together once, so If you don't behave like a jerk, then I could help You'll probably find help around, either way. There are nice people here too.

I can be right in a lot of situations. What is with the surprise each time?

.. Ah.. quite.. ironic again, if one has been here for years and escapes, to find that their absence has barely been noticed.

Yeah, the whole City seems to revolve around irony.
