YOHO~~ Off work on time today. Thanks for the Melbourne Cup!! Most of our clients were closed for holiday. NO phone call, NO fax and NO email. I was surprised how big a deal the Melbourne Cup was here! Pop Rock was my favourite! ^_^

Pop Rock won (um...2nd place?), did you bet?

Until you told me, I really don't know the Melbourne Cup also hits in NZ. I think it is because it's one of the popular racings around the world.

No, I didn't bet -- now I wish I had! ;)

It was *big*! We went out for dinner last night, and restaurants everywhere put out the good linens and silverwear to be "in style" for the race.
