i'm so glad it went well!

i'm so excited to see it on tuesday! do you know where they moved the screening to? is it the same venue, just a larger theatre, or a whole new venue? i haven't gotten an e-mail or anything saying it's changed...

Yay, you're coming! It's the same venue. They've just moved it from theatre #5 to #2.

This is all pretty amazing. Congratulations on a successful film. It's going to be difficult to top it.

I waited in the hope line for awhile but still didn't get in. I do have my ticket for next Thursday so I'll be there for sure.

And also congratulations on doing something in your life and having it work out so well. (From what I know at this point.) I was just reading Puppy's journal entry and he mentions a tranny who isn't able to do it properly and who's life isn't so well.

Having support (and luck) makes such a difference whatever one does in their life.

I look forward to seeing your film.

It's really great to hear it's being appreciated! I'm really hoping it will have a positive impact, and that it may help a few people have less turbulent experiences. I remember how rough it was at certain points and wouldn't wish it upon anyone. Yet I work at a shelter in the DTES and know many trans women who have it far worse than I ever did.

Congrats Gwen!
You've told me how much you've poured your heart and soul into this film, so Nicholas and I won't be missing it-in fact we have tickets for next Tuesday..and from what I've been hearing, your film is one of the most talked about submissions into the film fest !
