I just wanted to use the icon I made, really.  XDDD  The picture is from that Spongebob episode about the Krusty Krab training video.  The little fish dude keeps saying HOOPLA! until he gets knocked out with a brick.  Reminded me of everybody's favorite literary gangsta.
