Well now I wanna know what Ed's epiphany was! :)

The movie was so sad, tragic from beginning to end practically. I don't know how Ed and Al managed to survive the separation from everything and everyone they'd ever known without going just a little bit crazy. Seeing "ghosts" like Izumi here and being constantly reminded of everything left behind has to take its toll. It makes me sad just thinking about it. :(

OMG LJ. It cut the ENTIRE LAST SENTENCE of the fic off. *headdesk* Thank you for pointing that out.

The movie was terribly sad, which is the reason I generally pretend it doesn't exist. (Denial is a celebrated coping mechanism) and yeah, I get really sad for the brothers running into people they should know in our world. Sad, sad, sad.

"Denial is a celebrated coping mechanism." Absolutely! ^_^ To quote Adam Savage of Mythbusters, "I reject your reality and substitute my own!" Be gone bad movie! XD

Oooh. That last line. :( I do believe the longing ache in Ed's heart is about to be compounded with even more angst after Al explains himself. ;_;

Ha, I'm glad you liked it, even if it made you sad. (And oh, Ed has no idea what he's in for...)

Oh, this hurt. I almost wonder if Izumi here isn't less for not having lost anything, if that's maybe where she'd gained her strength in the first place.

Wonderful ♥

I'm so sorry to make you sad :/ but I'm glad you liked it! And yeah, I'm pretty sure Izumi in this universe is a little different, I can totally see a large part of her resolve and toughness coming from the trials she faced as an alchemist. (She's awesome, why don't I write her more?!)

It's just one more thing from the movie that bothers me... although I guess there was no good time for it to come up. Glad you enjoyed it though!
