that look between bart and chuck touched me a little. ok, alot. and so i went and re-read it again too. you clearly have a knack for getting ppl to re-read stories. two thumbs up.

I try. I cannot help myself with those boys. I love their dynamic and their missing link. It's sad, but that missing piece..it's how they became who they are today.

Aww vdB! I'm really intrigued at how both Bart and Chuck will react to the coming of that baby, and how their relationship will heal or not. There was SUCH hope before Bart died on the show :(

Lily is kind of on my shit list right now but I didn't hate her here :)

SO MUCH HOPE! WHY, JOSH, WHY?!?!

CBart will be fun, together and with the rest of the family. I almost feel bad for Lily.

Ack, Lily's usually on my shitlist, unless she's with Chuck.

But, when I write her, I have her actually LOVING her family. Brooklyn what? So, that's why I don't mind her in the fics. Because she LOVES Bart. She DID marry him...kept going back to him when she could have easily moved to another UESer. But, she kept coming back. 1x06 with Eleanor's party. Post Thanksgiving. She AGREED to marry him. Serena did NOT tell her to, she only said not to go with Rufus. DOES NOT MEAN SAY YES. But Lily must have felt something to agree. (Oh, long rant. I'm okay.)

I am so excited about this fic!!! I love it, I love it. I cannot wait to see the family dynamics as the baby "grows". Especially between Chuck and Bart and Chuck and Lily. I can't wait for more. :)

It's a very exciting beginning. I really love the Van der Woodsen-Bass family. I wish that Bart didnt die on the show. but yeah, that's what we have fanfiction for ;)
