My throat hurts and my head hurts and I can't seem to spend more than 5 or 6 consecutive hours awake at a time. And that's if I'm lucky. I spend those hours wanting to be asleep or half-asleep (and all nauseated) while the telly is on in the background. My doctor isn't in until Thursday. Yes! And Mononucleosis, the kissing disease, is not meningitis.

Yeah, you said before. I knew mono and meningitis were different things, I was just sure that I'd heard people call meningitis the kissing disease as well.

And I got mono w/o kissing! Well, actually maybe I was kissing, but he didn't have it or get it, maybe that was how it went! Anyway, I didn't have to go to school all day for a while my sophomore year!
