*snort* While I was gone, Campus Operations circulated the email which said the following:

Please note that you need to hold the buttons in the toilet to get a full flush - remember to check the bowl as other people need to use the facilities after you. Would you also inform your postgraduate students as I don’t have email addresses for them.

not as funny, but it reminds me of an email that got sent out to maintenance at a job i used to have asking them to move the "purse hooks" on the stall doors because apparently people were hitting their heads on the hooks when they went to stand up from the toilet.

The best part though, is that they were actually JUMPING up from the toilets, as they would automatically flush with such force that water would spray their backsides. Thus the jumping up in surprise, hitting the head on the hook fiasco.
